This is a cup that allows you to taste the carefully made dashi stock.

The flavor of Matsumura's secret recipe is left to soak in for 1-2 days.

It is a baked dish with a fluffy texture.

■ Tempura platter

An assortment of white fish and red-legged shrimp tempura, and three kinds of vegetable tempura including okra, lion peppers, and shiso leaves.
