This course allows you to enjoy Kuroge Wagyu beef fillet steak, which is low in fat and has a light, elegant flavor.You can enjoy an exquisite steak made from the rare fillet, which is said to only comprise 3% of a single cow. We also have a luxurious lineup of other dishes, including a five-piece platter of fresh sashimi, a platter of crispy tempura, and nigiri sushi. It is perfect for banquets and dinner parties, as well as for business entertainment, anniversaries, and other important occasions.

Grilled marinated tuna belly skin

The flavor of Matsumura's secret recipe is left to soak in for 1-2 days.

It is a baked dish with a fluffy texture.

■ Tempura platter

White fish and red-legged shrimp tempura, and an assortment of five kinds of vegetable tempura including okra, lion peppers, and shiso leaves.
